Happy Wednesday my beautiful sisters,

I hope this week has been treating you well! As some of you may or may not know, outside of running this wonderful publication, I'm a creative facilitator. I launched some journaling sessions last month and the feedback has been incredible. It's so nice to know that more people are hopping onto the trend!

Go-to is of course a journal in its own right. For those of you who have subscribed and started using the journazine, I hope you are reaping the benefits and really getting a hang of the practice. For those of you who aren't subscribed yet, (we get it, what the heck is a journazine?!), I'll run through some of the benefits for you below. Hopefully we can sway you towards subscribing and joining the wonderful community of sisters who are making journaling an everyday habit!šŸ«¶šŸ½šŸ«¶šŸ½šŸ«¶šŸ½

Journaling, or the act of writing down your thoughts and feelings, has been shown to have numerous benefits for mental health. Whether you’re dealing with stress, anxiety, depression, or simply looking to improve your overall well-being, journaling can be a powerful tool to help you achieve your goals.

One of the key benefits of journaling is that it can help you to identify patterns in your thinking and behaviour. When we’re feeling overwhelmed, it can be difficult to make sense of our thoughts and feelings. However, once we put the pen to paper and write out what’s on our minds, we can often gain a sense of clarity and perspective. This can help us to feel more in control and less anxious about our situation.

Journaling can also be a helpful tool for processing difficult emotions. When we’re going through a tough time, it can be tempting to bottle up our emotions and try to soldier on. I did this for most of my adolescence and 100% do NOT recommend 🄲. This usually leads to more issues in adulthood (thank God for my therapist!šŸ™šŸ½) that can be avoided if you express what it is you're going through. With journaling, we can allow ourselves to fully experience and process our emotions, which can be a powerful step towards healing and moving forward.

Finally, journaling can be a great way to track our progress and celebrate our successes! (It's not all losses baby!✨) Whether we’re working towards a specific goal or simply trying to improve our mental health, keeping a journal can help us to stay motivated and focused. By looking back on what we’ve written, we can see how far we’ve come and take pride in our accomplishments. We certainly deserve itā¤ļøā€šŸ”„.

So yeah, I guess thats my spiel on the benefits of journaling. As you can see, I'm a BIG fan, perhaps even too muchšŸ’€ but sorry not sorry! If any of this resonated or enticed you, even just a little bit, then I say go ahead and give it a try? Grab a pen and paper, and see what patterns emerge for you...

Stay killing it queens, I'll catch you again here next week. Mwah šŸ’‹
